    The Strategic Value of Human Capital Management Systems

    Attendees will gain an understanding of comprehensive HCMS system and how to use them to add strategic value to any organization. 

    Program Objectives:  1) understand the key components of effective HCMS strategies; 2) clarify the definition of mission, vision, quality standards, goals, and, objectives; 3) learn how to demonstrate the strategic value of HR Professionals; and, 4) gain practical knowledge of effective HCMS systems

    Speaker Bio:

    Charles Pulliam is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for Bay Area Church (BAC) and Christian School.  As the CEO of the faith-based non-profit, in partnership with the Board of Elders, Charles is responsible for the management and leadership success of the BAC organization.  
    Duties Include: 

        Legal compliance
        Vision, mission, policy, and strategic planning
        Leadership, management, and administration
        Recruitment, retention, and support of quality staff and volunteers
        Governance, HCMS, Operations, and IT
        Funding, finance, and stewardship
        Community relations, communications, PR, and marketing
        Change management strategies

    Charles is a U.S. Air Force veteran, and currently serves his community through non-profit board advisory and directorship, professional development and training facilitation, coaching, mentoring, and other volunteer activities. He is sought after by corporations, non-profits, and volunteer organizations to speak on topics related to human resources, organization development, change management, fund development, business, productivity, attitude, work ethic, values, personal performance, strategic vision, corporate goal setting, and other subjects.  Charles’ leadership experience includes successful development, planning, and realization of continuous improvement goals and comprehensive growth strategies.  Charles currently serves as the CEO for Bay Area Church and Christian School in League City, TX, and is responsible for the management and leadership success of the organization.
