    Both short-term and long-term incentive plans require proper time to build and costs for these plans can be exhorbitant. Employees, however do not always understand the objective of the plan or appreciate the level of awards/costs being offered. During this session we will discuss the fundamentals of incentive plans, how they align with the company strategy, and the pitfalls in how a well designed incentive plan can ultimately fail. A well-designed incentive plan includes a detailed communication strategy, as well as a sound administrative process; these features will be reviewed and strategies focusing on these important potentials shared during this presentation.
